Integrated Community Supports (ICS)
Our Integrated Community Supports (ICS) services are designed to help adults live more independently while receiving the care and guidance they need to thrive. We provide personalized support and skill-building in everyday living, social engagement, and community participation — all within a safe, supportive environment. ICS can be delivered up to 24 hours a day, either in the person’s apartment or within the broader community, ensuring consistent, flexible assistance that promotes dignity, independence, and a sense of belonging.
Individual Community Living Support (ICLS) / Individualized Home Supports (IHS)
Our Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS) and Individualized Home Supports (IHS) services are designed to help individuals live comfortably and safely in their own homes while maintaining as much independence as possible. ICLS provides a bundled set of supports for older adults who may need reminders, supervision, or occasional physical assistance to manage daily routines and stay independent.
Through IHS, we offer personalized training and support focused on building essential life skills, community participation, and self-sufficiency. With flexible service options, individuals receive the right level of care — from occasional guidance to more consistent, hands-on support — all centered around their personal goals and daily living needs.
Night Supervision Services / Homemaker
Our Night Supervision and Homemaker services are designed to provide safety, comfort, and peace of mind — both day and night. Through Night Supervision, trained staff offer overnight assistance and monitoring in the person’s own home to ensure their well-being and respond promptly to any needs that arise. Depending on the level of care required, night supervision may include awake or asleep staff who provide support in essential daily living areas.
Our Homemaker services help individuals maintain a clean, organized, and healthy living environment. We offer three types of homemaker support: Homemaker Cleaning, Homemaker Home Management, and Homemaker Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Whether it’s general housekeeping, managing household tasks, or assisting with daily routines, our homemaker staff provide reliable help that makes independent living easier and more comfortable.
Adult Companion
Our Adult Companion program is designed to provide compassionate, individualized care that promotes independence, social connection, and emotional well-being.
Adult Companion Services offer non-medical support and social interaction to help individuals reach personal and therapeutic goals. Companions may accompany clients to activities, assist with light household tasks, or provide guidance and encouragement for daily living.
Respite Care (In or Out-of-Home)
Our Respite Services provide short-term care and support when a primary caregiver needs time to rest, attend to personal matters, or simply recharge. We offer flexible In-Home Respite, where care is provided in the person’s home or nearby community settings, and Out-of-Home Respite, which takes place in licensed or approved locations outside the home. Whether for a few hours or several days, our respite care ensures continuity, safety, and peace of mind — giving both the caregiver and the individual the support they deserve.
